    4. After that, add dry fruits( like almonds and cashews), along with cardamom powder, and mix everything thoroughly.

    2. Taste and add more jaggery if needed.

  • First, take a bowl and add the flour to it. Then, add the ghee and mix thoroughly. You need to mix the ghee into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs and holds together when you press it with your fist.
  • Then, gather the mixture into a single pile and Cover it and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • Now, take a coarse sieve and use it to rub the flour, so that it becomes coarser and has a slightly rough texture

  • Taste and add more jaggery or sugar (what ever u like) if needed.
