1.Paneer Cheese burst pizza:
ingridents:
- base (readymade or homemade)
- Chopped panner
- pizza sause
- Boiled corn
- mozzarella cheese or spread cheese
- veggies (tomatoes,onlion,corn,black olive)
- capsicum
- red chilli flakes
- oregano
instruction:
- “Firstly, take the base and cut it evenly in the middle. Now, cut a small round piece from the center of one side using a bowl. On the other side of the base, spread pizza sauce and cheese or grated cheese (you can use either or both).
- Place the large cut-out piece from the center of the other side of the base on top. Spread pizza sauce on this piece, then add mozzarella cheese.add paneer Next, add veggies like onions, tomatoes, black olives, and boiled corn. Finally, sprinkle some more cheese on top

2.Cheese Margherita pizza:

- We will take the base, spread pizza and pasta sauce on it, and now we’ll add the most important ingredient for Margherita: mozzarella cheese, spreading it evenly. Then we’ll sprinkle red chili flakes and oregano on top. Now it is ready to be baked.

3.Veg cheese Pizza
ingrediants:
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- ½ cups warm water
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or any vegetable oil)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pizza sause
- mozzarella cheese
- Sliced bell peppers (any color)
- capsicum
- boiled corn
- black olives
- cherry tomatoes
- onion, thinly sliced
intruction:
- First, we will take 1/2 cup of water in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of all purpose flour mix it
- To activate the yeast, first mix the sugar and all purpose flour in the warm water. Then, add 2 teaspoons of yeast and mix well. Cover the bowl and let it sit for 5-7 minutes.
- We use 2 teaspoons of yeast because we’ll be using 2 cups of all purpose flour in the dough. Make sure to use fresh yeast, as old yeast may not work effectively. After 5-7 minutes, the yeast should foam up. If it doesn’t foam, the yeast might be old, and you should try using new yeast.
- If the yeast is old, dont need to add all-purpose flour.
- After the yeast has foamed up in 5-7 minutes, add 2 cups of all purpose flour to the yeast mixture. Mix it well. Then, gradually add a little water and knead the dough until it is soft.
- Remember, the dough should be soft and smooth, not stiff or hard.
- Now, place the knead dough in a bowl. Add a little oil and knead it well to remove any roughness. Shape the knead dough into a smooth ball, brush it with oil, and cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap to ensure no air can get in.
- Let the knead dough rest for 1 to 1.30 hours.
- After 1.5 hours, the knead dough will be ready and should have doubled in size. Punch it down to release air.
- Next, take the knead dough and lightly dust it with all purpose flour. Gently shape it into the desired form. Place the base on a baking tray.
- “Then we will prick the base with a fork so that it doesn’t puff up during baking.”
- Do not apply oil to the surface of the base. Instead, sprinkle a little all purpose flour on it.
- Now, spread pizza sauce evenly over the prepared base. Next, add mozzarella cheese and spread it well.
- Top with your favorite vegetables, such as bell peppers, onions, paneer, or boiled corn.
- Brush a little milk along the edges of the pizza to give the crust a nice color. Then, spread cheese on top.
- If using an oven, preheat it to 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. Bake the pizza for 30 minutes.
- If you prefer to cook the pizza on a stovetop, preheat a pan for 15 minutes before placing in it bake it for 15-20 minutes.
2nd recipe of base making (no yeast)
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Curd (dahi)
- 2 table spoon olive oil (or any vegetable oil)
Instruction:
First, we will take all purpose flour and add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt, mixing them well. Then add yogurt to this mixture and knead the dough well until it becomes soft. If the dough feels a bit tight, add a little more yogurt. Add 2 teaspoons of oil and continue to knead the dough until it is soft and pliable.Gently shape it into the desired form.now base is ready add sause, veggie and,cheese now your pizza base is ready to bake.you can add whatever topping you like.and ejoy the pizza!!
